The Foam Neutralizer collaborates seamlessly with the Perm Lotion. Its purpose is to counteract the effects of the reducing agent. By applying the neutralizer, the newly formed disulfide bonds in the keratin molecules are secured, maintaining the desired curl pattern.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
After rinsing the hair with lukewarm water and gently towel blotting each curl, apply the neutralizer to each curl. Allow it to remain on the hair for a minimum of 5 minutes. Then, thoroughly rinse the hair with water.
Processing times vary based on the hair type:
- For bleached or highlighted hair, the processing time is 5-10 minutes.
- For tinted hair, the processing time is 8-12 minutes.
- For virgin hair, the processing time is 10-15 minutes, ensuring not to exceed 15 minutes.
